Fresh, washed leafy greens or weeds each day, such as kale or broccoli. Treats would be small pieces of carrot and and apples.
Exercise[edit | edit source]
Your Guinea pig should run for at least 1 hour. You should do a treasure hunt for them and they are active for up to 20 hours per day.
Habitat[edit | edit source]
Their habitat should be as large as your space can accommodate and should be at least 5 feet by 2 feet.
Life span[edit | edit source]
Guinea pigs live for 5-8 years but some live longer.
companion[edit | edit source]
Guinea pigs get lonely and shouldn't be kept alone they're happiest in pairs.
